Our story that begun at a humble bakery store in Ankara at 1980 improved with effort and sincerity. We delivered the su boregi which is ancient Anatolia’s local delicacies , to the households where we were guests with only bread before. It was followed by products are now synonymous with Misbaşak, such as dry and wet cakes, sherbet desserts and profiterols. At that process, we did not contain any product that we do not consume ourselves and we made this our one of the important policies.
